- Areas We Deliver To: We currently deliver across the United Kingdom and selected international locations. Delivery availability may vary by region.
- Delivery Times: Orders are usually delivered between 9 AM and 6 PM. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
- Delivery Fee: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos for verification.
- Hygiene & Safety: Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of personal wellness products, opened or used items cannot be returned.
- Refunds & Replacements: Once approved, refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.
- Order Changes: Any changes to shipping address or order details must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.

- Missed Deliveries : If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave instructions to collect the parcel from a nearby facility. Please follow the courier’s guidelines mentioned in the tracking update.
- International Shipping : For international orders, delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and local courier services. Any customs duties or taxes applicable at the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
